Plot: Jane (Meryl Streep) is the mother of three (now grown) and is a very successful woman given that she owns a Santa Barbara restaurant. She still has a good relationship with her ex-husband Jake (Alec Baldwin), even after 10 years of being apart. But things get complicated when she’s starting an affair with her ex-husband, because Jake is now remarried to young Agness. Jane is in the position Agness was 10 years ago, as Jane is now the other woman. Adam (Steve Martin), an architect in love with Jane, is caught in the middle of this strange romance. What will happen in the end, will Jane and Jake move on with their lives or will they reunite? “It’s complicated” indeed. P.S. If you’re a fan of John Krasinski (Jim from The Office) you’ll get a chance to see him too as he plays the role of Harley.
