Trivia: The movie marks the first time Mel Gibson has played the lead role in a film since Signs (2002).
Plot: Mel Gibson comes back with another role, in a movie that maybe will be his biggest hit (in acting) since What Women Want. His daughter (Caterina Scorsone) gets killed, and he thinks that he, as a detective, was the target. However he finds out that the story is much more complicated, as his daughter might have been labeled as an “enemy of the state”, just because she was working on a highly classified operation. I love this Mel Gibson, the trailer is very intense, full of action and I’m sure the movie will be a hit. In the end he cannot make a reference to his highly controversial movie about Jesus Christ: “You have to decide if you’re going to be the one hanging on the cross, or banging the nails”.
