Plot:
The Stone is an UK horror movie (don’t worry, it doesn’t involve Pope’s recent visit nor the Queen) whose action takes place in UK’s most haunted location. What once was the residence of a mad man, Lord Byron, is now the perfect place for a group of seekers that hope to find the truth about life after death. There were convinced that something from this place can help them gather the occult enlightenment of the ancients.
They do uncover a black stone, an artifact centuries old, and believe that by invoking the spirit of the dead they’ll reach the proposed goal, but instead they trigger a dark mirror that condemns their own souls. Their deepest horrors unleash encountering far more than they were looking for, entering a realm from where there’s no escape. The Stone comes from a dark, ancient past, and they find out why this black stone is the oldest enemy man has ever known as it spares no soul. You cannot escape The Stone.
The Stone is a British paranormal thriller in true Hammer fashion, filmed at Annesley Hall in Nottinghamshire England.
