Plot:
Ice Age was the first animation that made me realize I’m still half child. I loved Ice Age, I loved thinking about the scenes in Ice Age. Ice Age 2 and 3, well, not so much. But now the creators of Ice Age promise us a great new animation that stars birds and other creatures from the animal kingdom.

Rio is a movie that tells the story of a domestic blue macaw called Blu, which seems to be the last male of its kind. So his owner takes him to Rio in order to meet a partner, but then they get caught by evil hunters and once they escape (he and his new partner Jewel), a new adventure starts as he finds a new world and makes new friends. Blu’s problem (aside girls) is that he cannot fly, he has everything he needs but it just doesn’t happen, so Jewel and his friends will help him get over this problem.

The only downsize to this movie is that even if Ann Hathaway is in it, we don’t get to see her pretty mouth, but only hear it. Well, at least I hope after watching it I won’t dream a blue bird instead of Ann.
