Plot:
American Reunion is the 8th installment of the American Pie film series, but if you count that only the first one was good then you could say American Reunion is the second installment. Following the tradition of the original movie, you don’t have to watch the trailer to know that there will be some really awkward masturbating scenes. The best part about it is the fact that all the cast of the original American Pie will be in it. It’s been 10 years since their high-school ended, so they all return to East Great Falls to reunite.

The first trailer is really showing us a very disturbing scene. During their week-end for the reunion, Jim and Michelle (now married) are spending the night in a hotel. Michelle walks in to take a bath, while Jim laying in bed thinks this would be a great time to watch some porn and masturbate in a sock. He proceeds and we all expected Michelle to come in and surprise him, when all of a sudden a kid comes in the scene catching Jim right in the middle of the act. It doesn’t help the awkward moment when Jim throws the sock over his own kids’ face, nor when he walks in the bathroom to find Michelle masturbating with the shower. Need I say more? While I was expecting for him to be caught, I never would have though his own child would find him. That’s disturbing, but it’s the American Pie humor we all remember – those four boys from the summer of 1999 lost their virginity, so one can only wonder what will happen during their reunion. Is Finch still going to fool around with Stifler’s mom? I guess we’ll find out in April 2012, as that’s the American Reunion release date.
